As a Samsung user who have tried Exynos and Qualcomm on Samsung phones, high-end Exynos chipsets perform great.
Problem is that developers want most of the tie to give optimization priority to Qualcomm chipsets, and that's the problem, better for SAMSUNG to adopt Exynos worldwide and for them to optimized very well for Exynos.

Yong Farlight84, 06 Jul 2023Exynos chip has ruined everything, another eWaste 🚮 Pointless argument, since Exynos chipset made worth it the S23FE.

Stoon, 06 Jul 2023oven 2200 ... cool, i mean hot !Not hot like the stove of the Qualcomm 888 and the 8 gen 1.

DarlingYext, 06 Jul 2023That chipset was never good, it wasn't good last year ... moreIn your mind maybe. The E2200 was faster than the Qualcomm 8 gen 1 /8 gen 1+ and also is able to beat the Qualcomm 8 gen 2 in RTX performance in the long run.

Petunia, 08 Jul 2023I don't really get it. It sounds like the S23 FE will ... moreNo, the FE will be worse, but it will be more expensive than what the S22 series costs nowadays. Great deal, absolutely worthy of buying and is worth releasing! /s

Just get an S22 Ultra and try to find a Snapdragon variant at that, if the S23 FE goes above 500 usd it won't be a good deal and it will surely go above it.

I don't really get it. It sounds like the S23 FE will be super similar to the S22. So I can get just an S22???

                          The rational S23FE (for me):
                          Snapdragon 7+ gen 2
                          50mp /12 uw /10 tele, back cams
                          10mp autofocus front cam
                          8/128gb, 8/256gb
                          5000mah battery

                          Maybe on S24FE...

blue, 07 Jul 2023And the user experience is for Samsung users perfect. No if we're talking about Samsung phones with some chipsets like Exynos 2100/2200, Snapdragon 888/888+/8+ Gen 1, or with some crappy low-end chipsets like Exynos 850 or any chipsets in A0x and A1x 4G series. The rest are just fine.

If anyone has tasted the reliability of a Snapdragon powered Samsung, be it low end to high end, will never want to see the name Exynos again. Even my grandma noticed how much Exynos powered Samsungs were heating up and complained about Samsung selling inferior phones in her country...

the reason behind FE lineup's success was its Snapdragon SoC. no "fan" enjoys a trash SoC just name it a74 pro
