feel pessimistic with xiaomi 14.

very sure it wont enter indonesia market.
Even, xiaomi 13 never come officially until now.

Same boring design trend for the last 5-6 years: punch hole display and elongated display (20:9). No innovation, no evolution
I mean the Mi 9t pro had a slide out front camera, the Mi Mix 4 an under display camera...
Smartphones have become boring. They ALL look the same with minor design changes.
10 years ago we had real camera smartphones, smartphone manufacturers came up with new ideas like LG with its rotating second display (LG Wing) or Asus with a rotating back camera which became the front camera...
And today? We get useless punch hole displays, elimination of basic features like microsd slot or 3.5mm headjack.
We get more power efficient SOCs but still have to recharge every day
I used to watch the presentation of new smartphones (Sony, Apple, Palm, Motorola, HTC, LG, Samsung....) till the days of good old Nokia (yes I'm a "Millennial") but today it's not exiting anymore since they bring nothing new to the table: "our new display is now 30% brighter, the CPU and GPU are now 25% more powerful....bla...bla...bla..."
Basically we are presenting you the same smartphone as last year but with minor changes and 20% increased price tag....

iWalkman, 10 Jul 2023Wow, a rectangle with rounded corners, so unusual.Daring today aren’t we?

I wish developers would start to mass adopt under-display frontal cameras already. You don’t use it every day, but you do look at the screen almost every time you interact with the phone.

Wow, a rectangle with rounded corners, so unusual.

That looks like Realme to me lol
