The Nord 3 has no shortage of competitors and some people just don't want a phone this large. Still, this could be a hit, especially with the right discount.

I have a custom ROM running on that phone now and it's no Pixel, but it's a lot better than it was stock.

      The Pixel is simply not worth it specs wise, regardless of the software AND it's also unavailable in 80% of the world.

      I'd take the faster chipset, better screen, better charging, alert slider etc. over the Pixel's better camera software every day of the week especially since I can replicate that camera software through one APK file.

              Just saying that my X7 Max can record 4k/60 (though I'm assuming it's not at a higher bit-rate than 4k/30, so essentially worse quality for smoother video) right since the beginning from Android 11 and it only has a D1200!
              Btw I never capture in 60fps anyway🤷🏻‍♂️

              The only bummer I feel going for Dimensity is the lack of 4k video stabilization and poorer image in the viewfinder, especially at low light. and I'm saying this after comparing it to a Realme 7 Pro with a 720G which shows much better details and texture in the viewfinder in low-light and has some EIS even at 4k, while my X7 Max is kinda jerky despite me having stable hands and panning smoothly!
              Though nothing beats OIS (unless you're OK with heavily cropped output with EIS), the Nokia 8.1 still takes smoother video and is much stable during zoomed shots as well!

                Seems like a great phone, especially price wise when you compare it to Nothing phone 2. Also Pixel 7a is miles behind this phone.

                    Its worse in every other category(screen,battery,charging,price) and pixel isnt available in most markets.

                    Also Nord 3 has IR Blaster, charger in the box(and a very fast one).

                    Its not even close. Nord 3 and Poco F5 are in another league atm on the mid range market.

                      The phone manufacturers love having you pay 10x the retail price for storage that can easily fill up the 200 euro gap.

                      Meanwhile, MicroSD cards have gotten cheap. 256GB for $15 or less! And they will only continue getting cheaper over time, which means a lower cost for storage when you actually need it.

                        But in case of nord you get a phone for price of pixel plus like 100 euros in accesories included in box.
                        In case of pixel you have to buy everything, charger, case, screen protector etc.

                          Pixel camera and better maybe if you look at the differences on a large TV screen on a 6 inch phone aint much.
                          Plus with Nord you get 100 worth of accesories in box like charger, cable, screen protector and case.
                          Mind me what gives google??? Eh just epmty box and few manuals.
                          So once again Nord is a very easy win and is way cheaper with all the accesories one must buy with a pixel phone.

In addition, the Pixel camera is leaps and bounds better. Lastly, high refresh rate gaming is available as whitelist only for most games. So unless you have a phone that is highly likely to be whitelisted usually having these 120hz phones doesn't even mean anything.
