It's... moreBut the notifications of Dynamic Island are actually a copy of Android notifications which have been changing their size when being opened. So basically, Huawei is only moving their own previous pill-shaped punchhole to the center, and the rest have been there already. We should never mix the original with the copy, just because Apple invented a new name, and added some stupid "pseudo multi-tasking features" to it, just to be able to say they were offering something new.

It's about the features on that punch hole that gives the notification or whatever. In the article clearly mentioned that Huawei is going to introduce similar features like dynamic island on iPhone not the god damn punch hole cuts out things 🤦🏻♂️

Am I the only one feeling that Huawei is bringing the Mate 60 series a bit too soon? I mean, yeah they've released in the past two sets of flagships in a single year, but is it really that beneficial for them? Their phones are still expensive and no Google Play Services is a big pass by many...so I don't see them making a lot of profit, yet here we are, two flagship series in a year yet again

Ok, there is another BIG rumour and is that Huawei is about to relaunch their in house chips with 7 nm SMIC and 12 nm SMIC for mid - low range.
Let's see how this develops.

I remember when Huawei started copying the infamous Apple notch with the P20 Pro.
The Mate 30 Pro followed the year after. Mate 50 Pro still have one. Cheap, entry level android phones with iPhone knock-off design features, well that's not new.
But fully fledged flagship with such traits ? That's a pity.
Especially since P20, M30, M50 were all otherwise thoroughly designed devices with their own identities. But in the middle of all thoses refined, unique design, the apple notch. Which is neither unique nor refined, but rather generic and gruesome.
Huawei did finally stepped away from this design with the M40, but they brought it back with the M50 (?????) and now this, the Dynamic Island.
On one side, Huawei put a lot of thought in the design of theirs products. On the other hand, they straight up copy Apple like uninspiring chinese brands. Really I don't get it.
