Do you know what version of display port alt mode it supports?1.2 , 1.3 or 1.4. I wonder if it supports Hdr over Hdmi using a hub.

Anonymous, 30 Jul 2023no wonder android tablets are flopping cause they are imple... moreWhy do you think removable storage drives are still present in laptop or computers maybe not with smartphones (meanwhile, sony has the balls to go the opposite) but tablet is big enough to leave a space for sd card slot. I would understand the 3mm audio jack to keep the tablet slim, I don't have knowledge in hardware design so I would not argue but I sure would know that their decision is flawed and will affect other users like me who would prefer expandable storage than other features in a tablet. But still they are the once who have the knowledge, if the majority agrees, so be it.

Having display out is one of the most waiting thing from xiaomi. I hope the price will be far cheaper than Samsung's tablet. I still use Mi Pad 4 Pro for typing, playing simple game like Mobile Legend even tough the screen has cracks but still usable, consider to change but waiting this pad 6.

no wonder android tablets are flopping cause they are implementing removing features from a phone(no 3.5mmjack & sdcard slot) on a big fat tablet that is not restricted with space.

This version of Pad 6 seems to come to the store with a China pack release, not global. but the China version supports Google Play.

Of course Apple, Qualcomm and Mediatek have a few better and more efficient chipsets nowadays, but no need to exaggerate.
People do more than heavy gaming on smartphones and tablets, just so you know. Productivity, content creation, social media and normal multitasking in daily use for examples.

As a frustrated user of this tab, I can confirm it continues to be plagued with the Widvine L1 certification issue, without which HD content on apps like Nteflix, Prime or Hotstar is not payable

Stronger chipset, and a former flagship level 870 at that, is still better than newer chipsets like 695 and D1080 with A78 cores.
