In all seriousness tech is not improving fast enough to make people want to spend serious money. The memory chip part makes sense though. Everything requires a lot of memory these days.

I chose to get the kS20 FE 5G 256/8 a few months ago because it was the last Samsung phone with Snapdragon cpu (in Europe) and most importantly, the SD card slot. I've declined S21/S22/S23 lineups because of no SD card slot. I know regular people don't use it that much, but I'm a tech guy and it's the most important feature for me.
I'm still waiting for the swappable microSSD for smartphones to be invented... for those that say the SD card is outdated tech.
I miss the 3.5 jack so much!

Not talking about Flagships but low and mid range phones.
Chinese companies are offering chargers with each and every phone. On the other hand, Samsung has ommitted Adapters from all of their phones. It acts like a blocker in peeople's minds when they have to buy adpaters at inflated prices externally plus its a nuisance. I know many people who steered clear of Samsung phones only due to this peculiar problem. Not helping the cause os that other companies are offering similar or better phones at given prices.
I don't understand this phenomenon of ommitting chargers from all the phones.

Increasing prices while removing features... Well I am very happy that their sales profit went down by 95%.
At which moment I will decide to buy a 1200 eur Android phone without a fre*king __ microSD card __ slot ? They really smoked some very strong one before making this descision.

"If Apple did it and got away with it, then why can't we get away with it?", this is what is happening. Every time you see Samsung resisting the change that everyone hates, but they see the iPhone's sales going up so they follow them. I have used an iPhone and let me tell you, it is terrible for so many reasons FOR Me.

the day Samsung decided to start removing the charger from even the mid/cheap phones offerings i was done with them completely add to that a very bad experience with my previous phone (M21) going into repeated boots or stuck in boot with no fix but to change the motherboard (which cost almost a new phone)
the quality have fallen so much it's actually pathatic ..

I have been saying this for a long time, no point in buying an Apple wannabe for the same (or higher) price, go buy the real thing.
Its the same when you buy anything. You will not pay a BMW price for a Fiat.
And this marketing BS word "Premium"...cant belive people smoke this sh...t
Its a piece of tech, there is no premium.
Is your PC premium? Your fridge? Your microwave? Your washmachine?
Its only a marketing word to make you spend more money and it sadly works

Get back to nice and opulent packaging with accessories included.
I remember when I purchased S8 the packaging was luxurious and came with many accessories.
The S22 packaging is on par quality wise with egg carton packaging.
