No all encompassing absolute statement can be made about any hardware tech without actually looking at its execution.
iphone 11 used IPS LCD
also BLU Studio X10 costing less than 1/10 used IPS LCD
Needless to say the execution of the technology was different on the two phones.
Can you make an absolute statement about IPS LCD by just looking at the cheaper phone?
Let us see how Honor executes the technology on this phone and then give the verdict.
Besides, another factor that needs to be kept in mind is that it is an affordable segment phone.

It can be called bad if someone else is offering a device containing other variables of this phone at a similar price AND is offering IPS, faster processor etc.
Otherwise, it's like someone with the money to buy iphone pro max calling every other phone 'bad'.

Or is there some other motive... moreMost people I know buy phones under €200, but I tend to advice them Motorola because those technically lack a skin (near stock) so with weaker hardware, they feel smoother than something in that price category with a skin.
5200mAh is pretty useless, most of these phones last few days even on smaller batteries.
