Well Russians can still travel (if they can afford it), borders are not closed, so they can buy phones in bulk overseas and sell them in Russia so any such ban would be kind of pointless...

          It just might be that Samsung is not sending that stuff there officially.

          Go check out the internet for stories how European cars, clothes, food and beverages are transported there from Europe or different countries neighbouring Russia.

          That's why that stuff is 20% more expensive - someone has to buy stuff in Europe and get it to Russia and those 20% go to them.

          Sanctions exists not to ban those products completely, but to make it more difficult for Russians to buy Western stuff. So they can get angry on their government for starting this war?

              Russians are normal people that could buy normal products from any company. We are not talking about their political leaders though

                      And? Do you think any large company will stop selling its products because it follows the narrative? Sales are the most important thing for them, making money :)
