And maybe you can also tell me the product of that company that can do even just half of what the Galaxy Note 2 can do as shown in that video, like playing 3 videos at the same time, maybe?

Expensive phones will lose their ground and new competiters will rise. In market we can find very good smartphones in incredible price. Chinese branded phones such as Lenovo , Xiaomi, Zte ,Huawei,G5 etc. and newIndian phones such as Carbon ,Micromax etc. are some of the example.Apple will lose more because iphone is very high price without any great features that allow to Samsung and other to grow faster and grab the bigger chunk .Apple is overproud like Nokia use to and going down day by day.

AnonD-41271, 01 May 2013Processors are enough faster today. You are having quad cor... morefirst of all, the dual core processor on your computer is way different than the quad core processor on the phone. different architecture. you can't compared both of them like dual vs quad.
second, I love my nokia WP as a camera phone ONLY. I used to have an Iphone, and I'm thinking about buying a sammy's GNote2. WP is nice, fluid, and all. but it lacks apps. and I'm not saying games here. but more about apps that's actually needed in my everyday life. and even if the apps are available, the user experience is waaaay different, like evernote on iphone and WP. but I guess it's just a matter of taste and choice.

Anonymous, 01 May 2013my little lost friend, the fact that in a discussion about ... moreCalling me lost when you're comparing the sales of iphones and Samsung flagships. It's you who are so funny. I think you too need to watch this www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nh2NSLgaII it's
called "Must watch: Galaxy Note 2 replaces the pc " and maybe, just maybe (since you're quite of an ignorant) you'll realize that Samsung flagship phones (the Notes in particular) are miles away from the competition, let alone the iphones. And I'm not a fanboy, I also love what Nokia did with the 808 pureview, in fact, I'm planning to get one of those. But concerning overall implementing of the latest technology and innovations on mobile platform, nothing comes close to Samsung.

Shit tired of Android. Want to throw away my phone.
Was looking at Ubuntu for phones. However, seems like that they are also targeting heavy hardware.
I don't have the CLASS for an iPhone. I like something rough.
Windows Phone hasn't impressed as it is very rigid.
Only option if Intel/Samsung Tizen comes up with a light OS that doesn't suck up for heavy hardware.
Need a 3" small sleek phone that slides away in some corner of my pocket but is responsive enough to do what I want. They don't build small phones with class.
There isn't one phone below 4" with AMOLED display.
MOSTLY, THE OS SHOULD BE RESPONSIVE. Android ROTS up with usage.

[deleted post]Run my Photoshop on it and then I will think. And thats my point exactly, it needed a quad core processor just to do basic stuff like surfing and playing games smoothly. I have a dual core PC at home that does more than this. Next time time think from all sides before making any comment.
And the irony is its based on Linux which is the most resource friendly OS.

AnonD-7433, 01 May 2013No, not really, Sammy doesn't need to count on me. There ar... moremy little lost friend, the fact that in a discussion about innovation, like a typical sfanboy you bring as an argument - sales:)) it just makes me laugh. And that thing about giving people what they want:)), I've got news for you, so does Crapple gives people what they want by your exceeded logic regarding sales. Compact or point&shoot cameras sale much more that DSLRs, yeah, cr@p+cheap+marketing is always a winner although in case of apple - cr@p+expensive+marketing:), this doesn't mean that is what people want, but as I said before, I don't expect much understanding from you:)...Cheers!

There are literally over a hundred million of people and counting who are also appreciating their work, they don't need me. Because they are giving the people what they want, whether you admit it or not (the fact that over a hundred of million in sales of just flagship models alone doesn't lie - while your opinion doesn't even count, sorry :) So, as a matter of fact, it's you who are lying to yourself, not me, I'm all about fact. And I feel sorry for you.

I'm quite sure that pretty soon it's gonna have enough power even to replace the full grown computer OS. I believe even the KLP will bring lots of surprises.

AnonD-135611, 01 May 2013that is such a stupid comment. if android is "lag"... moreProcessors are enough faster today. You are having quad cores in your phone, my pc is still dual core and works like a charm. This is a very bad thing as that processing power is wasted only to take away a small thing called lag. Is it really neccessary?. Only for fighting that lag raw power is provided which in turn increases the production cost. Even the low end WP devices run smoothly day over day as compared to Android. Android is becoming like those steam engines which require constant amount of coal be pumped in them, increasing their overall cost. Soon they will be replaced with better electrical ones.

You are techinically sound enough to distinguish between a legitimate and a rogue app. But the average consumer isn't. We keep extermely private infomation on our phone. Even a single rogue app containing a malware that gives access to your phone can prove diastarous, specially people working or related to security agencies.
