Americans are about to have a shock this September (hopefully, I’m bored) lol, and I’m American. We’re the biggest iPhone market after all.

“wHerE’s iPHONE ChaRgEr? I dOn’T wAnT tO uSe aNdRoiD ChargER-“
(Yes, here in the US I’ve heard lots of people and even lots of my friends refer to USB-C as the “android charger” or Samsung charger, mostly the former sadly)

They better not MFi the cables, although EU did warn Apple about doing this thankfully…. If I end up getting one I can finally use a USB-C DAC. yay.

And hopefully they don’t block THOSE from working with the iPhone 15 lineup.

Not surprised about USB 2.0 speeds though. They’ll probably limit the charging speed to about the same as the 14 lineup. If not then just a little bit faster then call it innovation. And they’re not doing it because they can’t get faster speeds. Why do you think Apple is the highest value tech company despite selling phones with less features than the competition? They’re just there for software imo.
