AnonD-123779, 03 May 2013Multitasking? why would u need that? Copy paste task? lol....Lag?Did you understand the point of that video? You can do almost all things that computers can in your Android device...

Did you see the multitasking test? Did you see that other mobile OS can't do that easily...

I think you can't copy paste that easily on the iPhone... Like what the person did in that video... That is more than copy paste... That is multitasking... More than one window open? Can iPhone do that?

What if your computer is damaged? And you need to do some works? I don't think all mobile OSes can do that...

That shows how powerful Android and Note are...

My note struggled big time doing this... the note 2 doesn't even raise sweat doing the same tasks.

the iphone doesn't even allows you to download torrents. Not sure about WP8?

AnonD-77892, 03 May 2013and real multitasking is just a stupid gimmicks for smartph... moreWell, what if you don't have computers around, for example, you are in a forest for a camp... You don't have computers around because it is big...

So what will happen if tomorrow, you will need to go back to your office... You need to do many things for tomorrow... Of course you will need a device that will work similarly to a computer...

You have many tasks that even iPhone can't handle... That where true processing power of Android phones come in place...

You need to render a video, then you need to prepare a document, a spreadsheet, and a presentation... Do you think an iPhone can handle that easily? You may add those E-mails, you need to check them...

That's when the true power of the quad core comes in place... Though not as smooth as iPhone, it is more useful in that situation...

And since your iphone doesn't have multitasking whatsoever, I understand why the idea of multitasking is funny to you, you don't know what it is. If Note III can be squeezed into Note II size with its 5.99" FHD screen, this phone will be a super killer.

AnonD-126838, 02 May 2013Yes, all smartphones lag. But some lag more than others, fo... moreYes... It will lag 1000x if the user will not use the phone properly... When you open many apps, you must not expect that it will be as smooth as the phone with no apps...

Android didn't lag out of the box... It will lag when you fully use its processing power... The reason why iOS and WP is not lagging even you open many apps is because it only handles one app at a time... Android handles all apps you opened... So when you open many apps on Android, don't expect to have a buttery smooth interface... You are torturing the phone...

Samsung did not put a more powerful processor and more RAM to remove lag... Because they know that lag is normal... They put more processing power for more capabilities, faster interface, and to handle apps better...

Android is different from iOS... It is more like a computer... Computers lag when you use its processing power too much... Computers also lags... And Android is a miniature computer... So it will work in almost the same way... It is just computer OSes are more advanced than mobile OSes...

Well, that is the function of a smartphone, to become a more portable computer... With added functions like Camera and Music...

If you want to use Android, you must use it like a computer... If you want a smoother performance, do not open many apps at once...

The phone will not lag if you will use it like the iPhone... One app at a time... Those things are easy for Android...

Also, don't compare Android to WP and iOS... Because those OSes don't need too much processing power... Because they don't perform like Android... Android, iOS and WP are different from each other... You can't do those hard things you can do in Android on iOS...

For example, high end Android devices will not lag when you pick a call while playing a graphic intensive game... Now, try it on the iPhone, it will lag, or if not, it will be slow...

2 Major foreseeable flaw of Note III

                                  1. NO storage. (8gb usable) with 32gb and 64gb versions a myth.

                                  2. Too big. (5.99 inch) no way they can squeeze into the current form factor - subjective thou.

But if samsung announce something.. they BETTER release it. The current LACK of storage is the flaw .. they cannot continue releasing crap storage space.. Else its like Windows 8 pro on a 64gb ssd.

Google needs to create a new OS. Android is buggy and not efficient. Their quad cores are still slower than dual cores on WP8 and iOS. It's the most buggiest OS I have ever used and I have used at least seven different OS
