Says the only person who's embarrassing itself, I've compared my S20 Ultra Exynos against the S20FE Qualcomm 865 variant, and both perform good, but the Exynos gives a more refined and optimized experience, so don't come to say me I've never compared both variants.

As mentioned several times, you have zero experience!

You need s20 with exynos and sd to see the difference. You need s21 with exynos and sd to see the difference. You need s22 with exynos and sd to see the difference.

You need to have the model with both soc, to get experience about the difference.

Zendroid, 02 Sep 2023Said the one who never tried both variants. Gl on that. But... moreLmao, I forgot to mention that I've tried the Qualcomm 788G on the A52s and the Qualcomm 865 in the S20FE, and even if the Qualcomm chipsets perform great, Exynos gives a more optimized experience, and long term performance and reliability, Exynos is the choice.

AnonD-1090716, 02 Sep 2023So, you have ZERO experience as well.Said the one who never tried both variants. Gl on that. But when you only try one variant, you never get experience of how different the two are.

So as you keep showing us, you have zero experience with exynos vs sd models. Only that one model available for you.

And of course, your beloved YouTube source. Because you simply don't know better.

promising as good (if not better) than the GAA of TSMC. 2400 could be 4LPP+ (supposed even better, but just from its marketing name)

Exynos 2400=Samsung 4lpp process=10% performance boost and 23% reported from the foundry event in Japan.

Considering how power hungry and throttling the 1x80 and 2x00 and tensors are until now, it'll be shit compared to gen 3 and even gen2. Not completely bad, if very cheap, but for their flagship 24, they are faking their customers.

                          In a word, it's a bad news.

I've Exynos powered devices and using it for gaming and rendering it gets hot but doesn't overheat, it heats like other processors during demanding tasks.
I play Call of Duty, PUBG, Asphalt 9, Fortnite, I've tried those games and never faced overheating issues, same doing rendering, and recording games.

These are all interconnected and those with the loudest voice know it

For whatever reason it has to be the Qualcomm horse tied to the Samsung cart no ifs, no butts.

Dimensity 9300 figures, are marginally behind Snapdragon 8 gen 2

How do some report this so Pocketlint headline and intro
'Samsung might make a shock return to Exynos for the Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy S24 models
                                      BY. BRITTA O'BOYLE. PUBLISHED JUL 24, 2023
Pocket-lint has been passed information about a couple of future Samsung devices including the Galaxy S24 - and it's not good news.'

Now I've known this a but this is the first time presented as a scare story.

Indeed we are weeks away from Dimensity 9300 and 8 Gen 3 being released in actual phone

On the 10 Core Samsung release, ( only recently read that Google's Tensor T3 is 9 Core)

The reason for 9 or even 10 Core is of course Cortex combinations
                                      E.g 1 + 4 + 3, or 1 + 3 + 4 which is pretty much is the difference between Mediatek and Qualcomm

Samsung felt that the 1+2+3+4 would provide a bigger boost in overall results than tweeking an eight core architecture.

At the end of the day the flagship SoC crown is up for grabs. (a very small crown)

Results, there could be a clear winner, a new winner or results so close that they do not affect performance what SoC is inserted.

I will wait for the results to come in and not rely on headlines.

I wasn't frightened when I was passed the same information as it was reported that Samsung was considering it.

AnonD-1090716, 28 Aug 2023SD variants heat too, also in rendering the Exynos variants... moreOf course they also heat, but not as extreme as exynos. And sd doesn't get performance effected like the exynos when getting hot.
