Even without 5G connectivity, Huawei's Mate X3 is selling like a hot cake in China.

Well i am not surprised honestly.
Anyway in most China parts even a 4G is a problem.
Only giant cities have 5G but small towns and willages scattered around the country or in the desert or mountainious part of the country works on 3G or 4G.

The price differential of the Huawei Mate 3 over the Fold 5 is the same as the Z Fold 5 over other China only.

There is almost a doubling in the Huawei price, clearly there is an Huawei sentiment at play as it is only 4G

A wild guess is the "Apple factor' as it is priced so high status, I own a Huawei Mate X 3

Hey I'm all tapped out of guesses.

Interesting. It would indeed be pretty interesting if all these foldables were available in the west too. Maybe Samsung would be forced to improve things harder. That said, they still have such a juggernaut of a company that they are almost giving away phones for free in some markets just to have "units sold" rather aggressively.

God, when I opened the paste image for a second I thought they had the wrong device, emui is ios traced and copied shamelessly!
