From the article: "The [G1 Gen 1] chipset supports up to 720p display resolutions at 60 fps."

That's incorrect; the promo pic below that sentence specifies "Full HD 60 Hz display" for the G1, where "full HD" means 1080p. For the 720p bait-and-switch, you're thinking of "HD" without the "full".

That's not to say it's not feasible though as I've been playing Honkai Star Rail and Assoluto Racing with my LG V50's Dual Screen case using the LG Game Pad app's built-in touch controller. I can even specify custom control mapping to a specific mobile game, which is an absolute bonus. That is something I'd never able to do with my old foldable phone.

        it should make tablet series as well because SD gen 2 is not a good competitor for m1 and m2 Ipad pros and the gen 3 as well will be not defeating M1 ipad pros

          its the core name, kryo was used in phones up until a couple years ago i believe. it was arms first and last 64bit mobile architecture.
          however mediateks cores is also based on arm, even if it has a different name, so in the end its the same but probably less optimized.

                      Anonymous, 24 Aug 2023maybe a game from the 90are you illiterate? Emulating 3ds games at 3x resolution is higher than 1080p lol. You think the 3ds came out in the 90's? 😂 Any phone with a snapdragon 845 or newer flagship chip can emulate that no problem. I do it every day.

SD2 uses 888, not even a modern chip. Even Snapdragon 845 phones can emulate that with no issues. You don't know what you are talking about.

                                Stream whoever's corporate offer of cloud gaming streaming using 5G mmwave. Native platform decision is moot. Onboard ssd storage heat problems ditched for modem cloud safety and easy power replenishment/OS replenishment. No brainer.
