That's like dating a new girl and placing older issues you've experienced on the ex o to the new one before even passing 30 days in.

I... moreConsidering the specifications listed in comparison to what is rumored with the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gne 3 I'd say a lot of people could be pleasantly surprised by not o ly it's performance but also lack of heat that plagues previous generations.
Time will tell and soon we'll all see.
Either way you could always import the Snapdragon versio. And still get the network bands you need.

Samsung really hates Europe, or, rather, its high-ass taxes.

My previous phone's were be :

ishreal, 29 Aug 2023The greatest smartphone SOC to ever exist. This will absolu... moreYou are either baiting like crazy or are delusional. This is 2023 so I'll assume for the latter. Mobile SoCs are bottlenecked in games by the cpu. The gpu almost never hits even 80% utilization unless you run a benchmark designed specifically for that. Plus I don't know if you noticed, but all the latest chips with samsung manufacturing have been overheating and throttling messes...and apple is still ahead when it comes to efficiency. The A14 is an entire generation ahead compared to SD8+Gen1...and you think that exynos who gives ~10% less battery life than snapdragon can be more effecient than apple's chips?

The big challenge is going to be the 8 Gen 2 vs. 2400 comparison. If they are still facing the same challenges as with previous Samsung 4nm Chips, expect lower performance, and lower battery life, even if featuring the newer Cortex X4. It’s like Samsung is sacrificing their market share in Europe.

I imagine exynos will outperform snapdragon again after a few years break or it will be a major flop.

As usual. Really annoying it's not as easy to sue everything as in America. Because Europe don't want exynos, and haven't been satisfied with it since 2014.!

Good thing I bought S23 Ultra because it arrived with Snapdragon. Literally waited for half a year just because of that based on initial rumors. I don't mind Exynos, if it's an equal performer. But it just wasn't for many years now and when you're paying almost 1500€ for a top tier phone, you don't settle with "best approximation" of the best. You want THE best.
