Kuba, 04 Sep 2023I tested Mate 60 pro because i live in China. performance i... morei got a mate 60 pro off one of my mates in china and it preforms just aswell/ better then my asus zenfone 9 mainly cause my zenfone overheats but the preformances is about the same as a snapdragon 888

I tested Mate 60 pro because i live in China. performance is as expected on the level of 7nm snapdragon 865. Internet is full of china paid fake reviews because china use it for propaganda as a win against usa. don't be naive it's still 7nm, far behind 5 or 3nm from tsmc!

We're not gonna see an inkling of the Mate 60s. 10 million units will absolutely not cut it with China demand, given how the Mate 40 Pro sold out within months due to the eight million unit production run.
The dude even talks about how the cameras are worse than the P60 Pro. It's obvious that Huawei is trying to keep the P60 Pro relevant because of how limited the production run of the Mate 60 Pro is.

Harmony OS goes as far as using partially their own language programmation (kanji; in chinese characters)
OpenHarmony is open source and dowloadable. Many manufacturers in China and some in Europe use Openharmony for iot.
harmony OS is not a fork, nor is based on AOSP. EMUI is.
Harmony OS next is no longer Android compatible
OpenHarmony is developped by the openatom fondation (not only by huawei) it's a bit like Open handset alliance. However the open atom fondation does not only focus on openharmony but on other softwares.
