Anonymous, 30 Aug 2023So, Samsung is following Apple steps in the SoC choice for ... morelet's pray that it's just a rumor, because if samsng copies it from apple, xiaomi, bbk and others they won't take long to do it too

This means that even Samsung admitted that the Exynos is inferior to the Snapdragon... And who knows, it could be good but then Samsung will intentionally make it worse so people would move up to the Ultra... Bad move.

Well they made the wrong and right decision
S24 ultra is now at his best but it's seems like the exynos isn't as good compare to 8 gen 3 whice was obvious
Now Since Snapdragon chips are expensive that mean Samsung is ready to pay high cuz exynos is far behind after all you wouldn't pay much for 30% faster and 20% efficient...
conclusion - exynos is once again behind and might has issue if not and it's just behind in preformence not a problem for me whice i hope it's the case

Get that pencil out of the ultra too, if I wanted a pencil I would buy a compatible tablet and not a phone, that's why I stayed away from Samsung, I don't want a phone that looks like a notebook

"only the Galaxy S24 and S24+ will be getting the Samsung-designed chip.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy in all markets"
That would just prove, that Exynos is inferior after all.

Does this mean the S24 and S24+ are going to use the Exynos 2400 and the S24 Ultra is going to use 8 gen3 for Galaxy??

So, Samsung will spare everyone only in the Ultra version... And even if the rumours of the fabs is true... That means that Ultra gets the TSMC version with overclock.

So, Samsung is following Apple steps in the SoC choice for the vanilla model and the very high end model (the most expensive) 🤦🏻♂️
I'll guessing this trend will be followed by other manufacturer soon. Ohh boy 🙄
