The 8 Gen 2 already went head to head with the A16, beating it easily as for GPU performance and in other areas, Android phones already outperform iPhones. Hell, even in terms of updates Android is catching up. There's not a lot that makes iPhones worth it nowadays besides their ecosystem which for me, is straight up a downgrade.

Genuinely curious how sales numbers would change if Apple made one of the top corners less rounded than the other 3 and then tucked the selfie cam in that nook... no more island/notch/punch hole, no need to adjust/thicken the bezel, shouldn't have a negative impact on size or durability or utility.
(In fact, having one camera all the way in the corner is convenient for any time you've tried taking a picture through a pipe or crack or behind a shelf e.g. any tight space.)

I've currently got an Iphone 12 Pro and I'm due an upgrade as I expect many users are, why would anyone in my position choose to upgrade to the Iphone 15 over the Iphone 14 pro especially if as in previous years the price of the 14 pro drops with various providers?

1500aud for the base 15?? wow.. much better off buyin a used 14 pro.. was so hoping the vanilla 15 would either get a bump in charging or a 90hz screen... neither.. but what do I know, theyre still gunna sell like hotcakes right

What I love this non-Pro edition is the color LOL, calm but bold. The cam as well. So I think this year's iPhone is no looser more.
