If Nintendo use an Nvidia SoC similar to Mediatek Dimensity 1200/1300 specification, then it'd be a winner.

Half the games in which if you dont buy all the dlc then you're missing out on the majority of the full experience of said game. Console is full of terrible games that are just greed too.

A new chipset from NVidia would be awesome if it translates into a new Shield TV (again). The existing model needs a solid hardware upgrade.

There won't be a Switch if their game is on Android or iOS. But this is the developer really doesn't want to make good games on Android even though Android is now very powerful.

Some games like L.A Noire, Mario series can be played on an emulator, if the developer makes it, of course even low end Android can play it.

So what was the point of this article again?

People are basically already enjoying games on phones and PC so I wonder why such still exists.

Zendroid, 07 Sep 2023Hopefully with 2023 tech, and android! Keep on dreaming. Why everything must be "with Android" 🤦🏻‍♂️ Android suck when it comes to portable media player or entertainment things. I rather have Nintendo own software than Android 🙄

Zendroid, 07 Sep 2023Hopefully with 2023 tech, and android! Why Android? That would't make sense for a Switch and would only make the software less optimised for the things they probably want the console to do.

As an example, Android has been especially awful for dedicated music players, because of poorer battery life and bloatware.

notafanboy, 07 Sep 2023The most important question is, will it be 30 or 60fps capable.1080p native too!

Zendroid, 07 Sep 2023Hopefully with 2023 tech, and android! You mean 2024 tech. As it will be launched in 2024.

Android? Not a chance. At least not in any way, shape or form, as we see in smartphones and tablets. Android can run 3rd party software, including emulators, and that's not allowed by Nintendo.

The most important question is, will it be 30 or 60fps capable.
