Take a look at Samsung, Xiaomi and BBK phones that have a high SAR value. Even if thousands of people use them, they don't seem to care about that.
Pretty ironic of Apple phones to have a high SAR value when they can barely place or receive a call inside a room in third world countries lol

None of you young ones know what sar is back in the day the phone box came with several leaflets and SAR was one of them warning you not to answer the phone in your hand or keep in your pocket... Sonyericsson was most transparent with this info.

Just Imagine how many products get released every year? You'd need thousands of people of test all of them and it would take months.
Periodically, these watchdogs do their own testings to ensure that manufacturers aren't lying. Most countries use this system.

The people should sue Apple for launching a product that was compliant to the safety regulation. Why would anyone sue their government when the people's taxes are the ones keeping it running? That's like suing yourself and making yourself pay. People should sue Apple.

The only way for Apple to "fix" this is to gimp the controllable components to run slower. So U will have roughly 70% of the performance to what it should be able to do..
