Don't even bother commenting. The author and the whole website in general is so biased towards the fruit company that they'll delete your comment instantly if you dare saying something that they don't like or approve.
All I said was that iOS is too limited for technical people and my comment was deleted within minutes.
Is this a democratic website or North Korea censorship?
Ever heard of freedom of speech or should someone finally contact some European Commission department to fine you for infringing on human rights?
Why do you even bother having a comment section? For your payed trolls to post only comments that your boss approved?

But it is true that with iphones you are pretty much guaranteed to have a long lasting phone which is almost no non-sense for the average user.

And some people want much longer lasting phones so they spend 800-1000 on a phone. Among these people, most are non-technical people. For them iphones are good imo.

For mid and low rangers some iphones and mostly android phones are good.

If you are just an average user you probably do not need all the bells and whistles of a flagship like the iphones and can make do with a budget/mid-ranger android with a lot of cash to spare. IMO you can never win in this argument in the favour of apple because of the state they are in rn. If you are an average user, get a budget android and save some cash. If you are a hardcore user, the freedom of android flagships will pull you in.

Same massive hole in the screen, same outdated UI, same anti-consumer repair policies. Let's wait until 2027 when replaceable batteries are mandatory and maybe they figure out how to fix the other problems until then too.

Honestly you can just get a Samsung phone instead, get far better specs and also long updates, often for less. Has less resell value but the trade-in value for Samsung phones is pretty good aswell

Plus iphones have good resale value. They are not value for money at launch price (so are any other smartphones) but at a couple of hundred dollars less, they are value for money.

I believe a major reason for people to go for iphones there is because of a lack of choice. Here in India, we have so much choice in each price segment especially in the lower ones that many people have budget phones and iphones have only recently picked up popularity because the people here on an average are getting richer slowly but surely. Just like in China. I think India will follow a similar trajectory but our central government has a major focus on make in India and heavily taxes imported goods, so maybe we can have a different situation here altogether.
