Redmi Note 13 series launch date revealed - September 21

            D7200 was a let down. I expected sonething like D8100 or at least SD870. A vapor cooling solution would be a plus.

            Also, I wouldn't have minded if they used IMX766 instead of HP3. But oh well. They could've upgraded the front camera instead. I hope these new phones have great autofocus and minimum shutter lag and delay.

            Everything else looks alright. Lets hope the price is right too.

I mean the chipset does perform okay but it has awful efficiency due to flawed A710-A510 cores and the Samsung fab process... It would be better if they just slapped a 778G on it. But Qualcomm might be selling these for (relatively) cheap, given their low adoption rate.

                        hmm, 14 Sep 2023How do you place these cameras in a way that they dont look... moreIgorS does have a point though, Redmi Note 11 had a big distinctive island where all cameras and flash were placed, but after Redmi Note 12 they got rid of that and now they just place boring cameras with nothing else surrounding them, you could know which phone was which before this change but now other brands are doing this dumb change which makes it more confusing to differentiate phones from their backs.

                        This is just another step closer to homogeneity so nothing stands out.

                          And with Samsung abolishing the mid-rangers, there will be practically 0 decent mid-rangers for the european market (For Asia there's at least Infinix and Tecno with some pretty balanced models).

                            It's not even a year since Xiaomi released the RN 12 series.. From what I can see, the smartphone competition is really tight these days and Xiaomi obviously doesn't want to get left behind. The design looks clean and minimal which is a plus and at least they don't go crazy about the style unlike other brands.
