Samsung is the first brand to apply punch hole in the middle screen (through Galaxy Note 10 series), and becomes Samsung signature design since then.

                                      Maybe they do cooperation with other brands as order larger amount of these base cover where they have the camera holes so several different brands will order them a lot so they look similar to each other in the end product.

                                      Just like we see these Renault, Peugeot and Seat have like cars made that look exactly the same but just have there brand logo different
