    Must have something to do with Xiaomi-Huawei cooperation.

      To be frank here, Finland want their people to buy HMD phones aka Nokia wannabe. Sorry Finland your Nokia prime time is over a decade ago.

                    China can counter this by banning all Nokia product from there country.
                    And that will have a lot bigger impact on Finland then Xiaomi branded phones that is probably the minor part of Finland market
