retina display!(NO) advancements in the tech. YES,
Dedicated app store! (NO) plenty of phones had app stores in some form before apple. they streamlined and made it more efficient though.
50 BILLION downloads can not be called innovation at all so not even sure why you put that in.
user intuitive OS compared to the rest of the touchscreen world, (YES) other touchscreens had inferior screen tech and on IOS it was very well integrated.
Bloatware is less on IOS then other manufacturers but it is still there, it is just a lot less, just think certain stock apps that CANNOT be removed,
SIRI, (NO) other peoples tech and did not even work correct when first introduced, voice tech has been around long before siri, again this is just advancing and better integrated rather then innovation,
So to sum up. your list really does not offer to much in the way of innovative features, however when the original iPhone came out it was very innovative concept in the way it interacted with the user and the way it is integrated throughout the whole system, for this apple did change the way we use and interact with ur devices,it threw a lot of money at it and produced a device that changed the face of the mobile industry forcing others to compete, which they have done, and in many ways have gone on to be FAR superior, but lack the brand name and power, the current mobile design leaves for little available in terms of looks and feel, and we are now at a point where we need revolutionary again, not evolution, think flexible displays and crazy concepts like that. but if the only way is to sue sue sue, for petty things to the nearest rival whoever it is at the time, we will never seen revolutionary again,

Retina is not high definition, infact retina is just a catch phrase for being a screen on a recent generation iPhone
Dedicated Appstore? WTF do you think Google Play and Windows Marketplace are?
In terms of intuitiveness, the iPhone is not so, it's simple, but most certainly intuitive, and I'm fairly certain that if other OS' weren't usable, they wouldn't be on the market..
Number of downloads means nothing, what does mean something is that even with those downloads etc, iOS still crashes more than Android.
How did the iPhone change how we view smartphones, it was THE smartphone, and had (HAD) the best OS for mobile devices up until the final stages of Android 2.3 going on to 4.0, then it got competition.
Oh, and Siri? please lol

Apple trolls are everywhere, why else would Apple need so many employees when only one employee does the design and that design hasn't changed since 2007 ? Even MAC OS is a FreeBSD rip-off so what does Apple employes work if not trolling over the whole internet ? I've heard they have servers that monitor every tech site and when a new article comes out the Apple trolls employes jump in with ludicrous comments.

Iphone is being updated because both the ios n iphone are of apple whereas galaxy s3 is of samsung. The comapnies change their importance as the next flagshio releases. Considering Apple's IOS & Android are both based on Linux then there will be similarities, also because they are both based on open source (even though apple have since locked IOS down)then this should be dismissed.
Apple have a total disregard for anyone elses property, as with Bluetooth which was kept open source for everyone's use.
They locked Bluetooth down & crippled it.
Much of Apples inventions are based on other peoples ideas, which they then try to claim sole ownership of.
Hopefully these legal bodies will soon realise this & quash all these stupid cases.

google give that os for free n for that im very grateful to google not because it cuts down the price of device, its because I can learn lot of stuffs about electronic devices from it.. I learn nothing from ios. and plus just like u people say sansung or android device is cheap, I can get new phone easily n dump my old phone because of that reason. m not a kind of person whos gona use the same phone for like 3 or 4 years.

Petty, childish, and pointless, another pathetic attempt by a lame unimaginative company trying to buy its position at the top of the pile, and the claims used in this case are also stupid by apple, the us patent office is also a big joke and clearly serves no purpose, because new devices have to go through so much screening before market, multiple departments are set up to deal with legal and technical hurdles with technology before hitting the market, so why are these companies allowing devices to pass through if they are in breach of patents from other companies? I also do not see apple going for other companies who have clearly copied design features from apple of late, but obviously because samsung is the competition right now they have to try and beat them with childish like behaviour, maybe if they spent more of the lawsuits money on R&D they would have one hell of a mobile device, so all other companies can sit pretty relaxed until they are in direct competition with apple at which point it will be their turn to look over their shoulders at CR-apple
