Apple copied Androids drop down menu etc so maybe Google shouls ask to see Apples source code ..This is a fair comment cause Apple have copied too.

Crapple had it's similar troubles in the past to, but they had Jobs to reinvent them.

Pathetic, Apple you start to be very pathetic, out of ideeas??? what a better way to make profit, than suing others and taking their's :))). Although I'm not a Sammy fan, I'm thinking of buyint at least a few of their product, just so they make even more profit and larger market share. It's clear now, that Jobs was the genious behind, all their products were genious stuff, reinventing many aspects of the way we use gadgets. but since his death, nothing new, Apple you should start reinventing yourself.

Who ever said you'd have to win a battle by suffocating your opponents??
That's why I like what Microsoft did with windows,
Smooth, simple and fluid.
Soon.......all other OS will want to be like Windowsphone 8.
I already read apple is redesigning.....maybe they need google source code to help them......as they've spent all their innovations in the courtroom.

Copycatting both by Android and Samsung are slowly backfiring. Samsung only now is trying to design by itself, with the immediate and very apparent effect of people seeing how behind they are. Immediately leapfrogged by HTC One, Xperia Z, even Lumia in the design stakes.
Without Apple as a copy target, it remains to be seen if Samsung learnt its lesson, or if it will start copying a new rival. We'll see what the fanboys make of that.
