Even lcd screen which was used in s8 is good enough to watch videos. So no need of oled .

The leaked promotion images show S-Pen attached to both the tabs so I doubt that vanilla will miss out on that.

I mean, for a less well-performing chipset and an LCD (probably tab s8’s) the price’s fine.
Perhaps the Tab S9+ FE succeeds Tab S7 FE, while the Tab S9 FE is a cheaper variant of it.
But whatever it is, if you compare the Tab S7 FE WiFi chipset to Tab S9+ FE’s, it’s simply a downgrade. Snapdragon 778G vs Exynos 1380. A close gap including the efficiency, but a downgrade is a downgrade.
