Anonymous, 01 Oct 2023These photos are really bad.Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this! The fuzziness is higher than a budget phone.

Just a gimmick accessories nobody will use. It’s too cumbersome for a regular consumer, and it’s hardly useful for pros (who have their own rig and use iPhones anyway).
Plus Xiaomi will not make the next phone compatible with this accessory, making it a one time gimmick instead of something you can carry over to future phones. Many OEMs have tried (Moto, LG, etc), but they all were simply abandoned right after.

          Android 12 instead of 13
          No google services
          No 5G
          Old SoC
Boe screen with ridiculous 120Hz flickering ( when advertised 1440) , not even 1440p.
          Usb 3.1 instead of 3.2
Almost 5000mAh with Ltpo and still below 100h.
Camera from 2021 when many newer hardware is available.

All this for €1200 , the 8gb variant

Dont you agree 4.4 is too much? Surely would if same phone had logo from Apple, Sony, Htc, Motorola or Asus ..

kind of useless , just buy real camera

It would be nice to have a star filter attached to it and use it in a live performance as an audience, 13 Ultra's main and UWA cameras should be decent enough to take photos of singers as long as they are not moving aggressively and the stage is well lit. One concern that I have with this kit is how awfully shaped the grip is - it's a smooth slope that seems really hard to hold onto.

                > This is the most popular filter thread

Really? I've never seen a camera lens with a 67mm thread before. I feel like 52mm or 58mm is the most common, as that's usually the size of the stock lens included in the camera kit. And I'm mostly talking about mirrorless cameras.

Either way, CPL and ND filters are definitely super useful photography tools.

There are also some other interesting filters you can buy too, such as a "mist filter", which creates a bloom effect with light sources. I use that all the time in my photography.

vrvly, 01 Oct 2023I would use variable ND filter for sure, like to shoot wate... moreNot even their photocameras earn it.
Sony gives to expensive video cameras only.
Even simpler models like FX3 does not have it. Camera that costs $3900 ( body only)

This phone passed without pain or glory because of the price that Xiaomi dared to charge and because of the bad reputation they have for support.

                      Underwhelming, why no interchangeable lens?

                        lg g5?

I would use variable ND filter for sure, like to shoot waterfalls or just scenery in long exposure to get some dreamy scenes. I wonder why gsma didn't do that. Could be also used to get better background blur when shooting bokeh on sunny day.
Shame that phones use IR+UV filters, we could have some great IR photos with infinite possibilities when using different nm length filters, low light photos would be brighter and astrophotographers would jump in joy.
They could add a back screen, some additional leds or xenon, 6.3mm jack to the case tho.
Not sure about others, but I found similar case for 12s ultra and oppo x6 pro(which was however ever harder to find).
Again, something I would expect from sony(not xiaomi), they could even add variable electronic ND, which would be more interesting.
Shame that more experimental thermal and IR photography is only available on tough outdoor phones, but at least we see Some movement here.

Iphone 16 pro may have button for photos/videos.

Apple always bringing new stuff to cellphone world. 🤣😂🤣😂

Moto Z series ecosystem was the perfect modular system. Motorola killed it for sake of ordinary devices

I wish they would make a small screen that can be attached to the back for monitoring, like Xperia Pro-I accessory.

                                      Lumia 1020

Now, will GSMArena use this to photograph its review?
