Nice features for 5K. People expecting more for 5K can go for cheap plastic phones.

AnonD-26572, 10 May 2013I was very careful to not specify any one specific platform... moreNo it doesn't. It's always fandroids. Obviously it comes back to a dissatisfaction with your purchase, something iOS buyers are far less likely to experience, studies show.

What does speak volumes, however, is the fact that you took what I said as an attack on Android.

I really don't understand why Nokia is still making phone sets with 'fixed focus' camera...
They must know that even local brands are offering good camera features (at least they have 'auto focus').

Meego is alive!! Yes I am rooting for Jolla but it just doesn't seem to be the interface that I fell in love with on the N9. This instead offers almost same interface with N9 it even has multitasking!! Going by the multitasking prowess of the N9 it should be able to handle 40 apps at one time. Try that on Galaxy S4. Haha. Now to wait for a high end Asha(larger screen/better camera) and for its app catalogue to increase. If it is based on Meego than the existing Meego apps should be able to be ported. Fantastic!! The best announcement since the 808 Pureview

This new system, similar design language, plus: 3.5 inch screen, 5 megapixel carl zeiss camera, slide physical keyboard, 3g connectivity, I'll pay $200+ for such a phone.

But I do wonder will push notifications, for both emails and UM apps, be available on the platform?

Hi to all., have a great day.
Well, im not a fan, but im used to love nokia phones...
I don't know if its just co incidence or what,,, but ive been long'ing for this,, after the death of symbian/ meego, since they insist windows to their fone... Well it doesn't mean i don't like windows... I like it for its simplicity and fluidity,.
I just wish they shud have continued symbian atleast 4 their lower models, meego for their mid-range, and well windows 4 their flagship,, so that atleast people gonna have choices,,, and the OVI won't be left behind... well, thats not exactly what was happened but atleast somehow similar to that. Hope to see nokia's great comeback.
Well, for the apps in windows... Just give it a time for them to catch ups,,, they'r just done with their transition from symbian,,, i know they still have many work to do but let just give them a time.. When it comes to fluidity/smoothness they'r up, material quality, well reviewers and user alike appreciates it very much, for Apps gonna catch up, as u cud see,, they catching faster than xpected, considering they'r just renewd the OS. This is not to bash,,, but For comparison, look at android in their early days,, and see them now...
Just saying... Btw in from the philippines. Mabuhay.

This thing runs smoother than any low end Android phone yet it's so much slower than the low end Windows Phone 8 Lumia phones.
