With a top bezel so thick they could have easily crammed the camera on a left hand side.

    Pretty nice looking phone. I wonder how much it costs.

    EDIT: Nevermind. Didn't see a Yen symbol, but it clearly had JPY and a price.

Most Americans know what they’re purchasing and getting into, and nobody is forcing them to spend their own hard-earned cash on something they don’t want, either. In the end, it doesn’t matter what you iHaters, both foreign and domestic, have to say, because people here will still buy whatever the hell they want to buy. That’s the beauty of America. Apple is going up and up every day, both here and abroad, whereas Android is going down and down, lol.

Ex-carrier Sharp phones are usually pretty cheap. Only downside is incompatibility with some countries' network bands

                    Japanese prices are much higher in their markets compared to other parts of the world. Then again Sharpd doesn't have too many outside sells compared to years ago.

                        I hope the same happens to Google and Android, although Google should have gone bust long ago, to put an end to that stupid operating system Android is and American products infecting the world, and let a better operating system take its place, and hopefully it will be an OS from Europe, South America or Asia, nothing American.

                                      Midrangers aren't my thing, but I generally love Sharp phones. Used half a bunch of their flagships and was never disappointed. I hope the company continues producing smartphones & doesn't give up due to less-than-ideal sales unlike brands like LG & HTC.

                                        This is honestly a solid device for people who just want a phone with a great battery and usable camera without much compromise. My dad would be thrilled with this but alas, I live in the US. We're not even getting the Xperia 5 V...
