The least they could do is reduce the price . Why would they charge the same but with less features

Leica? who cares about this nonsense.
People that want a good phone camera go to Apple and Samsung, not Xiaomi.
i would rather pay less and get worse cameras

I don't really like the Leica outlook anyway. Why don't Xiaomi launch an app, a payed app, that can include the Leica style and whoever wants it to get it?!

Companies should really stop with these market dependent features and other odd regional differences for phones that are supposedly the same.

The same is true in Japan, where the Xiaomi 13T series does not carry the LEICA brand.

2023 and gsmarena still believes Leica and Zeiss make lenses for phones.

I'm curious what would be the difference in photo quality, if both models (Leica and non-Leica) would be on the same firmware for global market with Leica tuned camera software, but obviously with different camera hardware/lenses/optics.

It makes sense, where they don't sell a lot so they send the best!!! There is always the option to import the global version with everything and that's it!!

                          I said this before announcement.
