Judging by Mr. Amon's appearance, he would even let his own mother go over the edge for a few more bucks in his pocket.

Looks like the stocks of SD695 are finally getting over. Now, smartphone manufacturers are not finding SD chips for reasonable price (7G1 overheats; 7+G2 is probably expensive) and are so using Mediatex Dimensity processors for all mid-range phones. Hope this encourages Qualcomm to reduce their prices and be a bit more competitive.

Bravo, Qualcomm's monopoly is finally crumbling. Samsung (Exonos) and Mediatek with the processors are finally catching up.

The top management probably approved pay hikes by 10-20% more, and thought getting rid of some low paid workers was reasonable.
                    Sad.

Market slow down my 4ss. Samsung goes full Qualcomm for their S23 series. That alone should guarantee a very good market grows though we still don't know it will happen again for the next S24, but there's still high possibility of Samsung will use Qualcomm again. This is just tricks to increase their stock and add more bonus to their executives.

Mostly Chinese smartphone processor are mediatek, and UNISOC because there are cheap

instead of giving good prices to Google for pixels since they are both American companies and trying to persuade their government to lift that absurd Beto from Huawei*

rizki1, 13 Oct 2023Maybe Qualcomm means that many OEMs already use Mediatek.Mediatek competition is pretty healthy for the market. Qualcomm was running away with its monopoly and charging too much for their chips.
                                    Hoping more competition from Exynos.

Definitely can't ignore the Mediatek effect.

Should close the business instead, let the big company like Samsung Group designs and manufactures the chips.
