Samsung plans to offer 5G services by 2020

The 5G services will use a 28 Gigahertz waveband and will transmit data at a speed of 1 Gbps.

    Sad to say, I am from poor country Nepal. Here is 3.6 mbps 3G but not all over available. Still using EDGE due to poor coverage.

      [deleted post]check out HTC is always a head of Samsung.... and just Samsung copy there hard work..... as u c first 4g by HTC n Samsung copied it.... sense by HTC and Samsung copied it and made there own ui..... first 1080p display HTC and Samsung copied for its s4 .... Samsung is always and will be behind HTC.

            AnonD-80220, 13 May 20134G lte already more than a year and still, there is a disgu... moredunno which country you live in...but in UK with 3G network, for example, with a top up of £15 you can get, valid for one month, 300 minutes cross networks, 3000 text messages and unlimited internet,no caps! in addition for each top up you gain free 150mb with no expiration.

                                if 1 byte = 8 bits so 1 GigaByte = ?

                                    Why this time prediction of 2020 ? In digital 7 yrs is a very very long time. Either this idea is hypothetical or it won't take that long to come into practice !
