@askmanas: The LG Prada was the first well designed phone with capacitive touchscreen, it got an IF design award and few months after that Apple realeased the first iPhone with a similar design to that one: http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_ke850_prada-1828.php

Yeah, even back in the 90's Samsung phones were so ahead of times. People in the states wouldn't know lol. While we were jamming to polyphonic ringtones, samsung had mp3 ringtones lol

When people read a news something like this, they get mad. They are sick and tired of Apple lawsuits and it's probably the reason why Apple shares plunge and people are no longer interested in buying iphones as a show of vengeance to Apple's arrogance.

This really is the beginning of the end for Crapple. They may not topple completely, I'm sure there will still be a few Crapple products in some run down old charity shops in the midlands, but seriously though.

Crapple is on it's way out. Lack of innovation, pumping too much money into childish lawsuits, and just generally becoming unpopular.

All their phones are turd anyway hahaha!

They should invest this time and energy and MONEY on development not on law suits looking for a possibility of infringing... I highly doubt that Android fans buy their phones for a single particular feature or component :\

Apple got inspired by Sony and Samsung got inspired by Apple.

What's all of the fuss about?

[deleted post]Ah! The greedy fruit bares it's demonic fangs again! (Cr)Apple r really becoming a virus, destroying all forms of healthy competition n trying 2 limit consumer choice! Knew this desperate move was comng as soon as the latest Gartner figures revealed that Samsung has significantly widened it's lead over (Cr)Apple in smartphone sales as compared to last year! It's ac2ly wise (or shrewd) of (Cr)Apple 2 diversify their biz from technology 2 a litigation firm - they dnt make mch off their crappy overpriced, over-hyped devices anymore, so lawsuits r their biggest revenue generators!

The only thing that Samsung takes credit for is the marketing, but their products. They don't deserve this superiority...And the worst thing is that Samsung fans don't know these things and they think Samsung started all this smartphone madness...they copied everyone, especially LG, like Apple did too.

Ah, now I understand... Apple is suing Samsung because all JB and dual core phones are not lagging anymore... So they copied the no-lag system....
One more reason to sue Samsung...

AnonD-88774, 14 May 2013You apple fanboy. You will never accept the truth. You thin... moreYa know, there's more than 2 phone manufacturers out there. Believe or not, but I am able to think Samsung copies AND not be an Apple fan at the very same time.

Samsung falls into a catch 22 for me. One hand, I love love love that they put everything into their phones, there's very little wait between announcement and availability, and they're cheap and easy to replace devices, at all price points(If you don't mind droid, of course).

On the other hand, I think they take far too much credit, and haven't ever brought any real innovation to the industry. There's very little that Samsung did or introduced first. But they're second-to-none at taking and implementing it all. As for the 'octa-core', it's a result of Moor's Law, nothing to do with innovation either. Bottom line is taking everyone else's ideas and cheapening them just isn't cool.

I could care less about Apple, and I even chuckle a little at the fact Steve Jobs must be rolling and reeling in his grave at what Apple's become. Totally incompetent now, and I agree that their ideas have totally dried up too.

                                      Nokia FTW.

Nav, 14 May 2013Apple is good for those who want simple system. The more si... moreiOS is a more simpler system to use?

Uhm, that's a freaking funny comment, because you simply haven't watched this: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC223CF4F1FF5B0D9

Watch that and come back telling me witch OS is the more simpler system to use.

Hint: It's not iOS by a long mile.
