Lol.....apple doesn't have 2 quad-cores for starters! It runs on dual-core!! There's no 13mp cam on apple! There's no Air gesture on apple! There's no........the list goes on!

Apple has completely lost their ability to innovate, they can't even innovate in their lawsuit. The S4 is miles ahead their beloved (and overpriced) iphone, so what exactly has been violated??

If only Samsung did REAL R&D this lawsuit wouldn't exist.
Fact is they copy everything and always have done. It's no surprise to me they get sued all the time.
BTW I'm anti-Apple already, but c'mon already! Just quit copying, Samsung!!! Be original for once!!!

It's not that I don't like Apple because of all these lawsuits. I don't like Apple because of fake innovation. Another row of icons? Bitch, please. On Android I download a launcher and I can add ten rows. Don't have to buy new phone.
The only Apple innovation was the use of multitouch. Nothing more.
Samsung's products may be plastic and feel cheap, but for me usability is most important.

the court should ask apple and samsung to shut up and make the products instead of fighting in law suits and wasting their precious advertisement or R&D money
