Android is the winner. Blackberry will give Bbm to android and Ios this summmer and Apple is trying everything to stop Samsung. This is a clear sign of a Monopoly in the mobile space. When your are on top you will get attack from everywhere. Just like Microsoft and there monoppoly in the pc space.

Anyone surprized?...
(This patent thing is pretty similar to traffic rules. If an inspector wants to give a ticket, there are so many rules that he can definitely bring something up. Similarly, apple has so many pantents that they could sue any company for any phone that threatens their market share.)

I suggest that samsung and apple both should consume some p.ee of nokia and sony.. I mean atleast they sued for clear hardware violation and impartial service providing.. ! Get your heads straight you n.innys . Or get out of the market
