As a Top 3 phones would be Oukitel WP19, Unihertz Tank and Doogee V Max.
From Tablet RT 7 by oukitel is a very easy winner and battery king among all devices phones or tablets.

This is great! It's much more representative of how we use our phones today. Only problem is fiddling with the ratios is extremely finicky and rarely does what you want. Hopefully that will be ironed out soon.

Why do iPhones have lower call scores and higher video streaming scores compared to other phones? Do you think it is because of worse power efficiency of their cellular modems but better power efficiency elsewhere? And if that is the reason, do you think that video and web browsing scores for iPhones would be more affected than other phones if the tests were run on 4G/5G instead of WiFi? Thank you.

I hope you can still figure out a metric to compare the standby time. I guess we could use call time as a placeholder for that as most phones shouldn't run that many processes in the background during a call and it is the cell/data link via the modem that is the bigger power draw during standby.
