That's the best gaming laptop I've ever seen.

When it simply isn't because of the fake colors, higher power consumption and simply not better for the eyes. And it can't be used by bankers, because the lack of a numpad. Unless you reprogram every key to a special letter that normally needs alt + numpad.

Zendroid, 17 Nov 2023Said the one with more than 1080p screen on the phone. Good job. Dude, he's still right. At that size anything above 1440p is overkill. Phones are a different thing, also they usually use a 1080p panel with very few exceptions, also the scaling is completely different.

Only valid defense used, was more expensive.

                            How?

"they are often used together in monitors."
They are always used together. Monitor without LED wouldn't "work". You would black screen.

"I also know these kinds of monitors as I used to work in a computer repair shop."
Can you provide at least one model that's just LED?

Zendroid, 17 Nov 2023Then why are you buying phones with more than 720p screens?... moreDepending on the device, you look at the screen from different distance. Your phone is closer to your eyes. It's easier to see pixels. It depends on OS too. Android is created with small screen and high resolution in mind. Windows on the other hand, has still problems with scaling. For example, applications can be blurry when scaling is used. 2160p wouldn't really give you any benefit, considering screen is only 14". You would have to scale anyway, since everything would be too small.

LubomirKonecny, 17 Nov 2023Screen size matters too. 2160p on 14" is way too small... moreThen why are you buying phones with more than 720p screens? Since size can't give results.? Why are there 12" tablets with 4k screens? Yes, that's smaller than this 14" screen.

Pointless excuses you all come with.

While IPS and LED are not directly comparable in the sense that one is a panel technology and the other is a backlighting technology, they are often used together in monitors. Comparisons can be meaningful when assessing the overall display quality and performance of a monitor.

I also know these kinds of monitors as I used to work in a computer repair shop.

What I was referring to in my message was the usability of the type of panel outdoors, under the bright sun, with more than one person looking at the screen, etc. I like your response nonetheless, thank you. Unlike the other person.

Zendroid, 16 Nov 2023What engineer, architect would watch on hd/full HD? Nobody.... moreScreen size matters too. 2160p on 14" is way too small. You can use scaling but then 1080p works too. I think most of engineers and architects would use bigger screen. Isn't this laptop more aimed for police, army, mountain rescuers? I mean, SSD heater.
