Curved screen is a sidegrade imo, either you like it or you don't, I wouldn't call either a better option.

Damn. Flat screen guy is choking on Meizu's d*ck so loudly that I can't even hear my own thoughts lol.

"will be able to achieve endurance that would normally require 5,100 mAh of capacity or more."

And why not put a 5100mah battery in it to boost endurance? There is a bad point everywhere.
Chipsets are said to be more efficient every year but endurance remains the same due to overbloated software etc.

Maybe it's just your mindset that's going backwards.

The only flagships with 5100 mAh battery afaik are Honor Magic5/5 Pro, iQOO 12 Pro, Moto Edge+, Nubia Z50s Pro and P60 Art. I wonder which one did they use as the test subject 🤔

It's really a shame they moved on from the full-screen design they used to have for example on Meizu 16s. With this new design, you get maybe 2% more screen-to-body ratio (16s already had 87.2% in 2019), but you have to deal with the ugly punch-hole... Damn shame.

Finally a sensibly sized screen that'd be just about manageable!!
Though it could be smaller still!
