Antutu is the benchmark of which all Android (modern smartphone) are tested out of the factory. it test the processing in relation to RAM and power supply, Graphics in frame rate per-second and pixels density, battery life (so you know how power efficient your phone is) normally you wants it to consume the least amount of energy possible in relation with most processing power most
camera and whether or not your phone have gravity sensor gryo accelerometer GPS etc. and network capabilities wave lenght 2g (GSM), 3g, 4g LTE.
so basically it takes all aspect of your phone or into account give it a score based on all the factors imaginable in a phone then give it a score to contrast it against other phone score so you know how powerful the phone is

What do you know about the Note 3's GPU? Is it good enough for a late 2013 launch?

Yawn.
Not relevant in the real world.
Yet another Samsung market positioning (as good as they are), but who cares. Where is the software? There is absolutely nothing significantly different in the market.
This is like a mini with a v12 engine and no wheels - so what?

skb, 22 May 2013A lot more matters than the core speed, an exynos, built us... moreFeatures and better future proofing adds to the raw processing power full SoC package, not one or the other. Will Note 3 be equipped w/ the native market's Exynos 5 Octa LTE globally? Highly doubtful and even if Samsung wants to they're clearly unable to set aside the production to demand's upkeep. A Snapdragon 600 or 800 device are already guaranteed for dev support at ROMs and Exynos are still problematic rendering its future Android ver intervals solely to Samsung.
Useless to harness full A15 implementation if lacking LTE and dev support. As long as users can get definite ROI for their usage scenarios and better ROM options those alone are already a win-win proposition.
