Samsung Galaxy S24 lineup's full specs and official-looking images surface

Why didn’t Samsung just replace the 3x camera with a 5x because the 200mp sensor on the main camera means it can already do 3x zoom at over 22mp

    Still the same 3 year old camera hw? Wished to see an upgrade on sensor sizes and 12mp telephoto at least.

      Shaping to be one of the best line ups for Samsung in years. At least one that makes sense

            1most competitors in west have not hi res uw,
            2hi res raws, good hi res jpegs, 8K are still relatively rare features,
            3 uw lens are harder to design sharp and without defects which are easier seen with hi res,
            4 resolution is not everything, they could upgrade lens to 8mm to be wider(no hope now tho).
            Anyway, all of that is limited by design and software development too, if it was bigger device (like VR) there would be plenty of space for upgrades like bigger sensor, bigger lens, maybe even higher resolution.

            It's important to not forget tho recent development in Sony space, as around 100fps readout speed in Xperia or 1/80000 global shutter in cameras, resolution is not everything, just one, tho big part, in photography.
            We are also yet to see race for hi iso like before, which was somehow buried for no reason, iso limit in phones now is pretty boring too.

              Looks good to me, but I hope that Samsung improve 3 points:
              1. Some stills in raw processing got digital noise in bokeh on bright day,
              2. 10x from 50mp 5x could be sharp 12mp monochrome or weird guesswork of color detail.
              3. I also hope for automatic ND filter : when set ss to like 1/1000sec, on bright day after hitting iso50, it could increase ND for Pic to not be blown out.

                    I was hoping to see a little bump in the battery size on the Ultra, even if a little, like 5200 or 5300, hope its optimized well for good battery life.

                              The S24 seems to be the fun edition version. There are many differences between the S24 Plus and S24 Ultra series.

                                      Wait, so the S24 Ultra will have Super Fast Charging 2.0? Is that the same 45w fast charging Samsung had for years or will there finally have something faster. I know it's more of an international thing but even some U.S. market phones such as Motorola and OnePlus can charge even faster than 45w. I was hoping Samsung would at least catch up to Motorola and OnePlus when it comes to fast charging.
