24 GB of RAM is just lazy software optimizing.
Having such believe that higher RAM will give better performance, is like believing higher Megapixels on camera will give better photo.
And now most of people are wondering, why a 8 GB of RAM on Samsung/Apple runs smoother than any double digits of RAM on chinese phones.

Going by last year's prices though and normal business ma kup I think it'll be at least that if they start with the same 12gb 256gb model. The 256gb model of the Oneplus 11 was over €900 and the Oneplus 12 has much better specs and also starts 300rmb more expensive than the Oneplus 11 in China. Newer phones with these specs aren't going to be cheap. Maybe if they offer a 128gb it might go for less than €900 but if the base version is the same as China I think it's unlikely

Is IMX898 real? The last time I read about rumors about it is in mid-2022 and the rumoured sensor turned out to be 989.

I'm not interested in any of that, I'm not a professional photographer, at most I'll take photos on vacation and I already take very good photos with any 500 phone and the g cam!! What interests me most is the autonomy, good software support and a good fast charge! Phone sensors mean nothing to me, if I want professional photos I'll buy a real professional camera.
