Anonymous, 05 Dec 2023Who cares what sensor it is. Only the result is importantExplain how the sensor is not important?
Or quality of lens for that matter.
Results depend first and foremost on those two hardware specs - sensor being used and optics. Then after that comes the software.

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2023Would not make any sense to ask for second sensor with this... moreI also think it doesn't make sense..
It is stated everywhere that it has the same sensor as the Oneplus Open, only with a different name..
Maybe we will know more when the phone is released globally or when someone properly tests it :)

Oga has determined that the main cameras are LYT-600, LYT-808, LYT-T808 and LYT-900, of which T808 is a double-layer transistor technology. There is also a new sensor for the secondary camera, and the 1/1.56 outsole telephoto is not the end.

T808 is dual layer like xperia, 808 is not.

A surprisingly comeback from lately from OP who seemed to have totally loss their way in the OPPO empire.

It's still better to have the protection even if warranty won't cover it because an IP68 phone is still far more likely to survive being dropped in a pudding or sink than a phone without IP68.
