As long as I can get CN version with flashed oxygen for cheaper ;) I wouldn't buy it in my own country I know it will be too expensive , first choice would have been the Realme GT5 Pro if it didn't have network bands missing , iqoo 12 is another option

If it's not a Samsung flagship, then I'm not interested . Also I have zero interest in foldable phones .

All the specs mean too little.
The main advantage to the S24 Ultra would be launch date!

If would be available now, many would pick something different and not Samsung flagship.

Another aspect is pricing. If almost same as S24 Ultra, this still means it's pricier as Samsungs flagship, as selling after a year is practically impossible (you have to sell for 30-40% of initial price or you can't sell it). Samsung after a year goes for 60-70%.

justasmile, 10 Dec 2023It's a great phone, but a curved screen is a deal-brea... moreWell, if you care about performance the most, then yeah, all these three smartphones pack the 8 Gen 3. But as for camera performance, the OnePlus 12 takes it between the three

Im so tired of curved displays... But im even more tired of Samsung and their minor updates with charging speed etc.
So my old S22 Ultra will 99% be changed with the OP12 instead of S24 Ultra.

Curved screen is no go for me (i think its outdated in 2023-24) and the screen is huge for me. 6,2-6,6 screen should be perfect for one or two handed use.

AnonD-1026503, 10 Dec 2023thats on you for having small handsIt's not a question about small hands.
For me it's too big also...

                      I'll wait the P70.

Motorola, Nokia or Pixel like ui is the best.

I already have OP11, 6 months old. Not upgrading so soon.

It's a great phone, but a curved screen is a deal-breaker. Maybe an Iqoo 12 or K70 pro instead?

DBS, 10 Dec 2023Easy pass from me. Far too oversized (all phoned 6"+ ... moreI used to think the same until May of this year.

I'm currently on a Redmi Note 10 Pro, which has both a headphone jack and expandable storage, neither of which i need or use anymore.
Love my wireless headphones and even 64 gigs of storage is enough for me.

I wonder if those who cling to those simply can't let go or actually need these features that are on their way out?

Before this may be seen as antagonizing let me say it's not, i'd be happy if headphone jack and expandable store were on every phone.

But the reality is less and less people use those on phones anyway so it's not hard to see why they became less common over the last few years.

If the Realme GT5 Pro become available in my country (France), I think I will go with it !
Acording to the OnePlus official website, the One Plus 12 should be available in my country ...so I guess it could be same for the Realme GT5 Pro

I will probably get this because my Realme is now 5 years old and has started to struggle. Hopefully, curved screen won't disappoint me much and the green line trend is scary as well. I don't want to go to Apple or Samsung ecosystem.
