I don't think it will be around those dates, if LG is the one who found the problem, I imagine that Apple will spend a lot of money to be the first to use it, I mean the UD without problems like those there now on Android, but who knows if Samsung or some other company surprises us

      That's why I say wait for iPhone 20.

        I like DI and I didn’t mind the notch either. They’re there because it houses some of the best tech out there, and for sure the best Face ID out there.

        Apple isn’t gonna go into mass production in 2026-2027 with something that doesn’t work as well as what’s already there without UD.

        Everyone can say Apple isn’t innovative and every they do is “copy/paste” but it works for them. Why be the first to release something that doesn’t work as best it can? Try to perfect it, be behind a couple years, but put something out you can be proud of.

        The fact people still fight over iPhones and Androids and who’s the best, is really childish and ridiculous.

          Apple: It’s the same 60hz display from our iPhone 2G, but I t’s perfectly fine, we just want to make profit- I mean uniqueness. But hey, you’d still buy it anyway, wouldn’t you?

            Hope they change to rectangular design too.

                  I honestly don't care about this on the Android side.

                  The selfie camera is so small on my S23 Ultra that it's like it's not even there.

                    Before you start commenting Android does it first, none of them have great quality. The UD on the Nubia Z50 Ultra still suck but it's not a full fledged flagship anyway.

                      Let's see if they can solve the problem. Every single UD camera has been mediocre.

                              2027 sounds right as the 20th anniversary, i might switch to IOS if they get rid of that ugly notch/island
