Another beast comes, what's your reason for buying a $1000 iPhone 15 and S24 when these phones are almost half the price and better.

AirY, 07 Dec 2023Plz someone tell, why every phone launching in china is ver... moreSeveral factors contribute to the price difference of smartphones between China and other regions. One key factor is the competitive market in China, with numerous local manufacturers driving prices down. Additionally, production costs may be lower in China due to factors like cheaper labor and proximity to component suppliers.
In contrast, when phones are exported to Europe or the US, they may incur additional expenses such as import taxes, distribution costs, and compliance with local regulations. Brands may also adjust pricing based on perceived market demand and willingness to pay in different regions.
The pricing strategy can be influenced by various economic, regulatory, and competitive factors specific to each market, leading to variations in the final retail prices.

justasmile, 07 Dec 2023Nah, 12mp ultrawide is a necessity for a flagship phone nowadays.48MP GM1 Sensor OIS is enough for Flagship killer phone. but it should be optimized for photo and video recording and Ultrawide angle, telephoto and selfie lens should be also GM1 with OIS.

I actually like this camera config better than the OP12. I almost never use the ultrawide, but a higher quality telephoto sensor is very welcome. Shame realme isn't available globally.

Bravo for this beautiful device which far exceeds the competition at this price level. Too bad about the bright orange visible in the handling photos, it's quite ugly.

This is literally a One Plus 12, but with the camera in the middle and no silent alert slider.
The price seems good but if it ever comes to the EU it will cost more for sure.
