This madness with annual device launches has finally got to stop. The changes are minimal and the resources wasted pointlessly. It should be at least three to four years before a new model makes sense. For the rest, companies pretend to care about the environment by removing chargers from packaging... What a madness!

Just make nikon Z7 pro with same sensor size pixel isze and everything same aa nikon z5 but mp is 200 rather than 45. You will see how best 200 mp is. Never compare smartphone to DSLR.

Anonymous, 16 Dec 2023What has samsung changed since the s20?The Camera bump (thrice), frame shape (From C shape to a more gentle one), transition to a flat display (starting from S21), aspect ratio (20:9 to 19.5:9), and longer update support (from 3 to 4 years). Its already expected but obviously better chipset (in terms of raw performance, the SD 888 and 8 Gen 1 including the Exynos had bad thermals though), brighter and nicer screen, thinner bezels, camera sensors, and a bunch more.

GSM Arena should really stop leaking specs for phones that are 2 years away. They should save the information up and reveal it after next year’s phone (ex. S24, Iphone 16) so that by then, we have a more complete knowledge of it.

Easy as to why it will be that way.
They use 2 cameras for spatial video. Currently spatial video has to be shot holding phone horizontally because of the lenses used for spatial-ness.
With the iPhone 17 camera island layout will change to :. so spatial video can also be shot holding phone vertically.
