    I'm happy that for once "David" won over "Goliath" in real life. Happy to see Apple getting kicked in the XXX by a small player with only a fraction of the financial means to fight a giant.
    Of course it's only a ban in the US, not elsewhere which would have made it more painful and maybe the brand would have to be forced to think and pay whatever is needed before developing something that is a sort of copy of someone else and then claim that you reinvented the wheel. It's not only Apple that do such thing, apparently it's a thing when your called a "hypergiant" but you are so focused on gains and money that you don't invent stuff yourselves. same thing happened with other so called giants and apparently there is also a certain country (which I'm not going to mention :-) ) that has an entire economy running on stealing knowledge without paying a dime.

      remember when Apple called out Samsung because they Copied their phones?

      how the tables have turned, except this time it's a simple watch component they're allegedly copying. and by the way, they're not copying from some random tech company, they're copying from a whole Medical equipment Company.

                  It would if the company sued them was a normal and fair company that tries to make good tech, and not a patent troll.

                    They tried to kick out Huawei...here you are Apple, you can keep the change.
