          If you look at the chart. Apple outperform all other OEM for every Q4

          Nothing new here and apple lost 1% market share compared to Q4 2022

If th... moreyep 100% this is how it should be but from what ive seen in schools/colleges people are more inclined to use iphone since its a status symbol and if you dont have an iphone (even if its 5 years old) then youre not cool, then people are inclined to use imessage since youre missing out on stuff your friend, then there's facetime etc
              I'm on a gap year so i havent talked to many people and everyone has different experiences

                Well done Apple well done, i knew after Q2 that this is very likely going to happen based on how poor Samsung sales were already after two quarters.

                  This was bound to happen, for a long time Apple dominated profitability in the smartphone space, it goes to show that when people choose to buy Premium then Apple is their number 1 choice and with the growth of the premium market this only made sense.

                  Unfortunately the Android gimmicks are not enough for consumers to overlook Android stutter, lag and overall poor software performance.🙂

                    Apple revenue is around 384 billion as per reports.
                    That means most of those revenues came from phone sales, in the other side other products and services gave less revenue.

                          Doesnt this just prove apple manufactures more units of devices than any other brand? I dont think even samsung manufacturers that many units to sell even with all their different series combined?

                          Not really anything to do with apple leading anything, just more money to throw at a problem to try fix it (pretty sure xiaomi only make around 10 million units for their flagships in comparison). Maybe im getting it mixed up or whatever.

                                Personally, I prefer android and always have, but well done Apple for selling the exact same phone every year and still getting people to buy it.

                                No I'm not a Samsung fan or Google fan, I dislike both of their phones before someone says this.

Apple just have no competition cause there operation system is IOS that is optimized for there hardware that goes in there phones and tablets.

                                    Android is like Windows that you can see on every device under what ever brand.
                                    If apple IOS would be on other brands then Apple probably would not do so well cause they would then have competition in hardware with other brands

                                    It's just weird that people dont understand this simple fact.
                                    I dont actually care what OS my phone is running as i buy a phone for the price and hardware. My last phone cost me 170 euro and lasted 5 years and now i have 400 euro phone as Poco F5 cause it meets my needs like good performance and 3.5mm jack.

                                      The marketing was just bad and apple greed to high. 'People are not dumb to go with mini when it was like 700 dollars when they got standard iphone for 800 or SE for 400-500

                                      Price matters a lot and people who want compact phone dont need flagship specs cause they wont play games on the phone anyways or use heavy apps.
                                      There are still people who use these button phones cause of there size and how they use the phone so they dont need all the top end features

                                        Despite comments battling about who's right and why
                                        These companies rack billions in sales and their supporters are out here bashing each other
                                        Regardless of the ecosystem anyone is in
                                        Everything boils down to "works for me, so I'm fine with it"
                                        No one's ever had a bad experience in their respective ecosystems
                                        No one ever feels left out with lack of features or unpolished experience
                                        And if you do
                                        You don't even make up 1% of the population
                                        Your grievances are insignificant
