It will look good on the Pixel 8 pro for sure. The colors on the Pixel 6 and 7 series looked better I think, the Pixel 8 pro colors are a bit bleak to me. Mint will be a welcome color.

My Pixel 8 Pro is best phone I've ever had cameras are better than any other on market right now. Better than Samsung with their over saturated over sharpened over exposed and noisy images.
